The CareTeam app has been built in collaboration with nquiringminds, Southampton City Council and the University of Southampton. This application is currently in its beta phase of development. It is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We collect information from you when you sign up on our site or through the apple or play store.
While using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. This includes but is not limited to name, email address, address, phone number and photo. This is to enable us to develop and improve the app. The information will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
· To personalize your feed (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
· To send periodic emails or surveys
· The email addresses you provide when signing up to the app, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to the CareTeam platform, in particular whether you wish to sign up for the CareTeam trial.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Log Data
In the event of an error in the app whilst you are using it, we will collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone. This is called a called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted to this page and changes will be effective immediately after this.
